Who we are

Kay Keenan's clients include companies in the consumer and business-to-business markets. She is a dynamic leader with 18 years of experience in consumer and B-to-B marketing at both a Fortune 200 company and a Fortune 500 Investor-Owned Public Utility. Kay is experienced in start-up ventures, as well as growth through acquisition. While at the Utility, Kay was a key member of the management team that accomplished 24 acquisitions, building a $140 million business in 4 years.

Kay enjoys helping others learn and is recognized for her talents in the keynote speaking area and in the development of customized seminars. Her speaking engagements have included “Writing a Winning Business Plan” at the Profitability Conference for Utilities, and “How Does a Package Goods Marketer Become a Service Marketer?” at the International Product Development and Management Conference. She is the author of Conversation on Networking: finding, developing, and maintaining relationships for business and life and a recognized speaker on the topic of Networking.

Kay is a past President of the Delaware Forum of Executive Women and Wilmington Women in Business. She currently serves as Editor of the Episcopal Diocese of Delaware newspaper and is a member of the Board of Directors for St. Michael’s School & Nursery, and Caesar Rodney Rotary Club.
