Growth Consulting was asked to develop segment specific marketing plans to grow business in the Healthcare and Insurance segments. Working closely with junior marketing people the challenge was to coach them on how to build a marketing plan and execute the plan through the sales force. The launches occurred as the business was announced for sale and the marketing program was a key element to maintaining sales focus during a time of business turmoil.

Datacolor International

Datacolor engaged Growth Consulting to analyze a product that was in early stage development after they acquired a company. The analysis included the identification of potential markets, the evaluation of market size, performance standards and potential pricing. This product is being introduced into the market currently.

This firm asked for marketing coaching to help make their dreams a reality! The founders had previously been consultants in an international Human Resource consulting firm but not responsible for rainmaking. Jointly with Eclipse Business Solutions, we participated as the Marketing expert in a multi-functional team that interviewed leading retailers who are customers of Irving Tissue. The result was a thorough assessment with recommendations to Irving on how to grow their business over the next few years with the right products and services to meet their customers’ needs.
