Conectiv Communications (now Cavalier Communications)
Growth
Consulting was asked to develop segment specific marketing
plans to grow business in the Healthcare and Insurance segments.
Working closely with junior marketing people the challenge
was
to coach them on how to build a marketing plan and execute
the plan through the sales force. The launches occurred as the
business
was announced for sale and the marketing program was a key
element to maintaining sales focus during a time of business
turmoil.

early stage development after they acquired a company. The
analysis included the identification of potential markets,
the evaluation of market size, performance standards and potential
pricing. This product is being introduced into the market currently.

“I
was a "Doubting Thomas”, but you were absolutely
superb tonight. I think the meeting was well attended and a
huge success in that everyone got to express their opinion
in spite of the hostility of some, and the rudeness of others.
But, we had a great turn out and I think people did reach more
consensus than previously.
All great credit to your magnificent efforts.
Thank you so very, very much!”
